Official Stockist: Fijian Beauty is a registered and authorised stockist of Renui by Pure Fiji.We guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased from our website.We strive to ensure out customers receive the freshest stock and the latest offers and promotions.For consumer information about safe internet shopping please visit the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission website.
Payments: For your convenience we accept PayPal, Credit Card (Processor EWAY www.eway.com.au) or Direct Deposit from your savings account. Direct Deposits usually take 24 hours for the funds to be transferred into our bank account; your order will be processed once we receive payment. Fijian Beauty is not obliged to dispatch any goods until we have received payment. If for some reason the purchased item is not available we will notify you within one business day of expected delivery of your order . All prices shown are inclusive of Australian Goods and Service Tax (GST).
Security: We strive to ensure the security of our Site, and we review and update our security measures constantly. We will nonetheless endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information you may transmit to us
Shipping: All orders placed Monday to Friday will be posted the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend or public holidays are posted the next available business day. Fijian Beauty uses Fastway Couriers as our preferred method of shipping (for tracking your order) in the event Fastway Couriers does not offer a service in your area we will use Australia Post. Please allow 3 - 7 days delivery in case of delays beyond our control.
Delivery within Australia: We use Fastway Couriers for all deliveries within in Australia.
Domestic Shipping Charges: The following shipping rates apply for all DOMESTIC shipping, that is shipping to destinations within Australia.

Postage and Handling for orders over $100.00 - FREE
Please note: Clients will be required to pay a re-delivery fee of $15.00 if parcels are returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery (address) details. In the event you do not wish to have your items redelivered you will be refunded the product cost, less a 10% restocking fee and the cost of postage of $9.90.
International Customers: International customers(located outside of Australia) can recieve shipment of their items. Shipping charges vary and are based on the total combined weight of your order and the country it is being shipped to. The applicable delivery charge will be requested via email from you once check out is complete. Items will not be despatched until shipping charges are paid by the customer.
Fijian Beauty can not be held liable for any customs restrictions or fees applicable on products ordered and shipped to destinations outside Australia. Under customs law Fijian Beauty is obliged to declare the value of your order on the customs declaration. It is an illegal offense to incorrectly state a parcels true value and hefty penalties apply. Please do not request us to reduce the customs declaration value of your parcel. We will send you an email to let you know your order has been shipped.

Free Shipping: Free Shipping is offered to Australian Customers only. To qualify for Free Shipping you must spend a minimum of $100.00 on products.

Can I get a refund or exchange an item once I have made a purchase?Please choose your items carefully as Fijian Beauty does not refund purchases once dispatched however, customers may be able to exchange a product for a similar priced item, subject to stock levels. Please note if you have opened your products no refund or exhange can be granted.
What happens if I dont like the products I have ordered? We want you to enjoy your purchase but if after carefully selecting your product you find that you do not like it for some reason, don’t open the package, send it back to us (postage not included) in its original saleable condition within 7 days of purchase and we will happily exchange it for something more suitable or for an in store credit. Please contact us in advance of your intentions to return a product for exchange.
What if the product is broken or damaged in some way? We endeavour to provide you with a perfect purchase however, if for any unforeseen reason your purchase arrives damaged please return the products, with its original packaging after you have contacted us and we will happily replace it free of charge.
What happens is my items get lost in the post? Fijian Beauty ships domestically using Fastway Couriers and you will be provided with a tracking number to trace your shipment. If your item is delivered at your home and there is no-one to sign for it the courier will leave at the front door. No responsibility is taken for the items once delivered. For international shipping we offer postage with or without insurance, if you have chosen not to take insurance and your item goes missing we do not offer refunds or replacements.
If I am allergic or get a skin irritation from using the products? Fijian Beauty only stock products made from natural ingredients and do not contact ingredients which cause allergies or problems to sensitive skins and should be suitable to all consumers. We do recommend however individuals with serious skin conditions and/or concerns however, should always check the suitability of 'any' new product with their G.P or Dermatologist, prior to use.
